ABOUT US
Carter & Company, Certified Public Accountants, LLC is a Certified Public Accounting firm and a Limited Liability Company located on the harbor in beautiful Destin, Florida. After many years with a firm in Atlanta, Christine Carter organized the firm to provide traditional auditing, accounting and tax services while specializing in the compliance and financial statement audits of multifamily housing entities involved with HUD, Rural Housing, LIHTCs, State Housing Authorities and rental assistance.
For almost 25 years, the firm has maintained a nationwide client base. Our clients include well known developers, owners, institutional investors and syndicators of affordable multifamily housing. With this industry, a strict adherence to compliance is required.
